A bit about me

I’m a 22 year old PhD student (in computational chemistry in case anyone was interested) as well as a qualified personal trainer based in Melbourne. I’m crazy about food and fitness and I want to share my passion with you. I also want to improve my writing skills for my PhD, and this seems like a great outlet. With this blog I hope to share interesting pieces of information and tips for a healthier lifestyle as well as some of my favourite recipes and exercise routines.
